update on a monday morning ?
Any idea what the number of tries is? I reckon I've had 27 tries for manuscript, so would be nice to know if I'm getting it nect try or maybe have another 23 tries left as it could be a max of say 50.
still don't understand this Guarantee feature. Isn't it easier to just fix the RNG?
I got answer for you and for myself
https://forum.tsotesting.com/threads...ll=1#post46423Yes it can work for every item, including buildings. Each item would require its own counter. The recipes are test cases. The mechanic is quite complex and we just want to make sure it works before introducing more items. The mechanic is able to take different drop chances for one item into account. This means if the chance in source A is higher than B the counter will be increased by a higher value compared to B on a miss. This makes it a little harder to set up and test.
Have fun

Hello People
Come on, give them some credit for trying to sort out what was clearly an issue for many. I have the manuscript and codex recipes but that's because I got lucky. Others have tried again and again with no success and this is an attempt to sort that for them.
As Vic pointed out with BB_Alex's post, this is a new system for us and we're eager to see how it turns out. Depending on the results, we might look at other aspects of loot down the line. This change is a direct response to the massive amount of feedback about Manuscript recipe drops and the frustration they caused for the unlucky few.
We are listening - any further feedback is welcomed!
Come on guys, play fair, we can't expect everything to be fixed, and all the suggestions implemented in one update. Its clear at present we have a dev team that is at least trying to do right by the game after years of neglect and dare I say it poor coding, implementation and communication. They are never going to please everyone all of the time, put yourselves in their shoes, would you be enthused to move forward if you were continually having your efforts put down ? ( especially when many of the issues were created by your predecessors! )
In the last twelve months I've seen more new content and tweaks, often player suggested ( which means they are now paying us more than lip service ) than in the previous two years, and with the levelling off in the merchant of current specialists, I'm quietly intrigued as to the possibility of `New' specialists coming on line in the next events
The over powering xp to level has made me look elsewhere, and I have found a few `free to play city building' games, but they all have issues, and many are so unbalanced into pay to play I laugh when I see complaints along the same line here in this forum. TSO is not a perfect game, and it has been very frustrating to continue to support it in the past, but despite all the issues...I'm still here, which says a lot about the community the game has built, and the current investment by the Dev team, Thank you guys Great job
Are we to be told of adventure changes or not? 1 Month on and still SNEAKY RB changes have not been mentioned
doing the evil queen chain over and over is paart of the game for the epic farmyard. so loot is not problem get your tomb recipe and spend more manuscripts then book bindder produce them plus over priced on other resources and days to build 1 stack with buff.
should be working on fixes.
