Game freezes constant (Diagnostics)

Hello Everyone,
Same issue with freezing here too. Since last update, switching tabs/windows, leads to freezing of TSO.

Hi my game freezes too, every time i try to change tabs, this has only happen since the last update. I run settlers on Chrome and windows 10..Please look into because of the Lost of Troops during blocks and it happening everytime..Thank you

PS also try different browser like Explorer and fire fox as well happens there too

Same issue, works ok(ish) on Edge, Firefox is just poor on my old machine.

adding to thread my game started to freeze 2 days before the latest win 10 update - win 10 and chrome

Same here. When i opened a new tab, the game is freezing

Flash player and chrome (always latest).

Room temperature: ~25C, outside ~35C , why game got freezing? ( well, just kidding )

I have to kill task sometimes and reload or relaunch browser.

Anyways, I'm not sure really if this helpful, I'm really upset that BB will ever fix these issues, I'm reporting these issues from ages, and still no fix, and I believe there will never be a fix for this.

I'm pretty sure it is not my machine, because these issues fixed alone after some updates, and back after another updates, it is rarely happens suddenly between updates or fixes.

I think BB should really do some housekeeping things specially players currently in lowest activity these days.

Windows 10 home creators:
- Chrome Version 59.0.3071.115 (Official Build) (64-bit)
Game freezes, reload needed when switching to other tab, reload is only way to fix it.
POSSIBLE WORKAROUND -> have TSO open in 1 window of chrome and guides, news, other tabs etc in 1 OTHER chrome window (instead of all in same chrome, use 1 chrome window for TSO ONLY)
- Edge chat lags to almost 10 seconds per letter.
- Firefox 54.0.1 (64-bit) when alt tab chat window minimizes to small, starmenu moves to top left.
