Working animation for Provision House, Barracks, Bookbinder

All production buildings have animation when they are working. And, the animation stops when they stop working (sleeping, lacking resources, storehouses are full).

Please add the same animation for (Rarity) Provision House, Barracks, and Bookbinder. Not only to enrich the quality of contents, but also to let me know if those buildings are still working just by a look. It also helps me know if my friends' (Rarity) Provision Houses are working or not, so that I can drop a buff for them.

Very good idea, but to me more visible if there would be the zzz animation or something like that, maybe a new idle animation.
