[Diagnostics] Performance, Lag, Freezes?

What the heck has happened to the game, generals won't load, egg timer in trade office and mail box, chat keep vanishing ( so much for doing co-op and multiplayer adventures when you cannot chat to anyone) freezing every minute or so so bad sometimes you have to refresh. Surely they know how to fix these things by now, or is it suiting their purpose to slow us right down during an event in the hopes we will buy gems.

People are talking in general chat about it but nobody is putting the complaints in the forum, wonder why ?

Maybe they are not adding to the thread as it started back in 2017 and BB have done nothing to fix it

It is the same in every event these days because some people only play in the events, ''new'' players magically appear on all the servers get to lvl 16 etc and magically vanish again after the event ends (more and more over the past 2/3 years), and many people play a heck of a lot more in events thus raising the load on the system.

.... buffs have ran out .... I have 48 roses less than I should have ... so far

gifts/freebies were given , that might class as being even (ish)

Since February 26th loading times have been "better", about 4 min average.

I use Windows 10

Do you really want/need a fogged/snowed screenshot?

Faster loading times, successful logins with Chrome 88.0.4324.190 than with Edge 88.0.705.81

What was I doing while trying to login?

Tidying up desk, clipping nails, brushing cat .... there was plenty to do if login may take up to 46 (previously)

New issues that I've encountered since the big maintenance:
"Uplay is not available right now. Please wait a few minutes and try again." - Have had this all day.
"Session timed out". - Every couple of hours
Not able to open mail unless I refresh the client.
Not able to go to friend's island or to adventure unless I refresh the client.
