can't login

I wouldn't mind so much if it wasn't for the fact that the only reason I am trying to log in is because I got booted out the game due to a flash crash and the site doesn't remember that I was already logged in!

most irritating is that there in not any warning about game down .. on main page there is jolly message "send us a postcard"
like everything is business as usual

No mention of this issue on the Homepage after 7hrs downtime, no forum MODS acknowledging there is an issue.
Why is there a need to reset password to be able to log into Forums ???
