We experienced connection and network issues throughout the whole day. Our network team has finished their investigation and fixed the root cause. Things should go back to normal soon, but some of our servers still have residual hiccups that we are still dealing with at the moment.

We're also in the process of applying the game update that was scheduled for yesterday. Once the servers are back online, we'll reassess the situation and keep an eye out for reports.
