Sending a MMA full or R to the top-left leader do the job too, and lower the losses or Soldiers.
I personally use 165r + 55e as a "base" mma load, refilling only R after attacks

With 3mma + Nusala, I can do the map in 15 minutes once landed, with 137S and 835R losses.
A lot of room for improvement, will report here if I can get better setup.
So far, I use 2 MMA with 55e + 1xxR to hit middle camps one by one.
Another MMA is doing a bottom-right attack (3 camps at once) with 55e + 1xxR. I move Nusala full of S to be ready to hit all right remaining camps in 1 attack.
After bottom left mma have complete the job, I move to the right to do the top-right attack, still 55e + 1xxr. Once cleared, I move idling center mma close to last leader.

wouldnt worry found your guide very helpful just wish solider's were cheaper and faster to produce to cover the amount i would need to do enough each day
