    [Ticket#UK-2017101611000051] One of my generals is missing

    Is it usual for BB to go silent for a week or more when trying to resolve a problem?

    Please may I have an update on what you are doing to resolve this and how long it might take? I have not heard from you since Tue 17/10, 02:35. I responded that the fix had not worked on 17 October 2017 08:12 and followed up 19 October 2017 00:44 and again via the contact form a few days later.

    I have sent a contact directly of course but after 9 days with no response I think that my question to other players is justified:
    Is it usual for BB to go silent for a week or more when trying to resolve a problem?
