I complete the venture Valuable Intel. But it doesn't end and waiting for collecting three clues which I have already collected..

Maybe you used Fairy Dust? it sometimes causes bugs with collectibles in scenarioes, so maybe ventures too. Usually you need to log out for at least 15 minutes for the problem to resolve by itself.
