    The gem shop is not loading up. I don't think it is just me.

    Did last night...still no sign of my gems.

    Pretty disgusting that after 5 days he's received no response and no gems. So BB just take people's hard earned money now and give nothing back?

    Investigations like these can take a bit of time, mainly due to the fact we wait for responses and information from the payment provider themselves e.g. PayPal. Please be rest assured that we haven't forgotten about it, and aim to resolve it as fast as we can.
