Yes, with Evil's skills (Overrun-3, Annex-3, Master Planner) you can do it.

One attack, with intercept.
C2+L1 with Mary 48MoS 166MoM 1Bes [no loss on C2, 46MoS loss on L1]
L1 has only 3.9k basic XP, but if you don't have Anslem (24MoS losses), the losses (up to 46MoS) are like that with any other general.

He must have the same losses as me in the post a little earlier, so 38MS (80 Horsemen will kill 30MS and you can't kill the Boss in first strike phase of round 1 with Mary, so 8 MS more)
