Important Pinewood quest bug

Hi,
I've got a problem with the quest Important pinewood.

The first objective cancles the sencond one :
1. Production of 0 for pinewood
2. production of 360 for Pinewood planks
3. Production of 0 for Pine Tree.

If i stop production on all building for 1 - then it cancels objective 2 and viceversa.
Can you help?

Not a bug.
You need even moar pinewood & tree production, so you achieve objective even with enough sawmills running for second objective. Use tricks etc. Only need all 3 for one moment, doesn't need to be a permanent thing.
