    Tech support nor replying for days. Help

    Hi all,

    To start with I must say that support is ignoring me for days now and I'm looking for help on the forum as last resort - so please MOD's don't close this and give me a "Contact support" reply as I already did that with no success. Needless to say I spend money on this game sigh

    I recently started playing again after a long pause. My son saw me playing and wanted to join, unfortunately he used a similar user name and because we play from home we had same IP which I guess was treated as pushing. I've opened a ticket couple of days ago but no answer from support and I'm not sure on what to do.

    Please remember that it has been xmas and support most likely had time off work, same as everyone else. they will get back to you when they can, just keep an eye on your ticket and maybe give them a nudge.
