Well, I was able to get in the game for a while by loading from history but, after a crash, I am unable to log back in and faced with the same messed up front page that DevilsLord posted a picture of.

I finally got ingame by changing /homepage in the addresbar into /play

As others have already said, that only works if the system still registers that you are logged in. If you have logged out (or the system has automatically kicked you out as is the case with me) then that trick doesn't work.Originally Posted by DutchDuty

I just sent a mail to contact.support@thesettlersonline.com asking them to provide some feedback regarding this thread... I guess we'll have to just wait and see what happens.
hmm i still cant
unable to log in via chrome ie or firefox this has been going on since early hours this morning, obviously i have managed to get on here but was unable to get to the report a bug page to support people in game . could it be something to do with the games internal clock as its 09:49 here in the uk but post clock says it heading towards midday

Pitty BB didnt react here yet...but ingame they said they are aware of the problem and working on a fix for it.
Those who got an account on test and use the same inlog credentials there as you use here then you might try to log in at the testserver, as they have no problem there. Once logged in the method of changing /homepage into /play in the addressbar might work.
