what of the people that were close to achieving the login for a 365-day reward that's now ruined? how is that going to be compensated? that's a LONG LONG time to go again, that was beyond the player's control to log in? ive a friend whom was about 4 days away from completion. if they put in a ticket will this get completed for them and the achievement reward granted?
Will those, like myself, be compensated for the 2 days premium time that is paid for with the loss of game on Sunday and Monday?
Not the best losing pathfinder rewards either as had to log in for 7 consecutive days?
Abradoodle, BB allready promised a compensation package.
And only the unplanned outage on Sunday cost you a day premium, monday's and todays maintenances are scheduled maintenances wich means premium and adventure time are paused during the maintenance.
game went down around 5 to 6AM sunday morning GMT. was not maint. something broke that took out just about all BB and ubisoft games and websites not just TSO. Staff had to use facebook and twitter as they couldnt get onto the homepage or the forums to give updates.
For several hrs i couldnt even get the homepage to load (Server unavailable) tried the forum same thing. tried BB website and ubisoft website. All down. so went to their facebook page and saw they were giving updates through that. Now and then i got into the forums but that still wasnt working right. got a lot of database error msgs so had to keep reloading.
Saqui did post on facebook a gift package will be sorted out once they asseded the problem and got things working again. Not sure about others on facebook but he/she replied to my post,s on there.
Like most were doing i kept trying to login. but as soon as Saqui posted (22.00hrs sunday night) the game would be down till after mondays scheduled update was done i stopped trying. Didnt stop some from keep asking when the game would be back though. Guess they were to busy moaning and complaining to read the posts. Some were demanding compo even after it was stated a compo package will be given once they knew what the problem was and how long it would take to fix.
So if something like this happens again just go to their twitter or facebook page and read the posts not just start complaining without reading the updates 1st.
Cliff maybe this may sound strange to you...but a lot of people dont use either twitter or Facebook.
I like many do not use twitter or facebook so updates on there are useless to me
Hmm maybe I should have said, smart people dont use twitter and Facebook. As both are spying on on their users and abuse the knowledge they get that way to sell to you to the highest bidder![]()
