Hi can anyone tell me if when you kill a leader camp in pvp do you get the xp from any camps that are killed when the leader camp dies ?

You don't.

In PvP you ONLY get XPs for bandits actually killed in battles, no XPs for free

Lol, I didn’t know that, even at lvl 29 pvp! I always thought you got Xp from the fleeing camps too? guess not...
