Different icon for building states (no input or store full)

Very simple one, if a building has no input it should have the current ! icon. If the store is full it could have an overflowing bucket or something. Doesn't really matter what, but it should be different

I think Hazgod is saying something other than an exclamation point clear when you are zoomed out, versus the current way where you need to look quite closely as to why the exclamation is there. Of course that should mean the leveling up icon should change somewhat too...

I'm still happy with it as because I kind of know which buildings tend to run full, which ones are much more dependent on input and what is leveling. Happy either way.

Wow, Budgy. I actually didn't notice that! I don't play zoomed in that close though so you really can't see that tiny little barrel. Even if the ! was red for no input resource available (red = error) and yellow when the store is full that would make a huge difference to me
