    Chocolate day

1st to say, nice puzzle, thx for trying new stuff.

2nd to say sadly very many cannot enter as they are unable to validate emails on the forum and so cannot input onto the forum. This is why BB moved away from voucher codes too at a guess. Not sure what the solution is, if any.
Son tried to change his email for game via support, was told needed to sort with Uplay/Ubisoft, and yes they told him he needs to sort via BB support.

yep seams BB answer is to bounce you off the Ubisoft Team, and Ubisoft is to go to BB.. typical we don't care response from them. support is NO support.

Ubisoft support team is not one of the most helpful ones. We've crossed swords.

You don't need to contact ubisoft support. You can change your own details through the ubisoft account manager at account.ubisoft.com
If at first you don't succeed, sky-diving is not for you.

Be great if the link and all other routes didn't take you to a page asking for the email address for your account....doh. Can understand that or anyone could change anyone else's email etc. Since the email for the account no longer exists then nothing to input as any replies will go to his dead email. Have a go, it's mad.

Agreed, you can't do anything if you do not have access to the previous e-mail account. You will be running circles. Support could not do anything either. it said my ip does not match the ip address when i signed up years ago. Dhuh.

Your account when logging in via the website is based on your *Uplay Account*. If you've forgotten your email to your account, or are unable to access it, you are indeed required to contact Uplay Support in order to get that resolved. The important thing to know when doing this, however, is not to mention TSO or anything else; but only the fact you'd like to change your email on your *Uplay Account*. Doing this will ensure the ticket will end up in the right place over there, and be dealt with correctly.

Son has tried all sorts BB, thing is to contact Ubisoft support you need the email address you used to create the a/c to be a live email. His died when he left school and so cannot contact Ubisoft support (Unless you happen to know a direct email address such as ts has for support?

You can follow these instructions in order to contact Ubisoft Support without access to the original email address.
