File Loading Error

I can't access TSO, when I try I receive this prnt.sc/k6axba , I have cleared the history/cache etc and even tried with different browsers.

ive cleared all cache and history like 10 times and still wont let me on :-(((

same thing trying to get on to my vlt , no luck loads up and see the isle and then boom blue screen with loading error message

If you keep clicking the OK it eventually lets you onto the game.

I have the same problem as mentioned above.

I have run CCleaner, installed all windows updates, cleared cache on chrome, flash and firefox, run a virus check, everything i can think of, all to no avail. Been trying to get on to TSO for 10 hours now, and always get the fail message as soon as the island begins to load.

I also have the same issue on my Sandycove account.
