    Not at all happy with the suggested solution from supportside.
    I manage to complete Unknown Regions and Mountain Labyrinth and started on the The People Of The Mountain before realizing that the Snow Storm buff wasn’t supposed to be active…
    So, the resolution of giving me a new Unknown Regions and a buff seems like an insult actually…
    If I start over from Unknown Regions, I don’t have the elite troops left to finish the chain, and I wasted premtime and a lot of resources for the buffs, and the buffs for The People Of The Mountain is really expensive.
    Very disappointed with this suggested solution actually…

    Well, I tried to bypass this problem, and instead warm cloth, i go to village up on left side, and get a snow shoes. I already activate a googles and spikes. But, this buff is impossible to activate after several attempt. I write ticket to support, and receive googles buff. I write this just to mention that there is also problem with that other buff, in specific case.

    I had my goggles vanish after they wouldn't apply in UR

    When I refreshed they had vanished

    I contacted support and they said there was no fix. I replied and they replied saying they closed my ticket...

    I'm going to send a new ticket

    They sent me goggles in mail. I used them in UR and it worked

    Started Labyrinth and they still working

    So in one go at unknown Regions I have needed clothing and got a new set from support, now goggles didn't work and I've lost em. Think I'll wait for a fix before continuing?

    I have given up with support you mail them you respond you mail them back they close your ticket you redo the ticket quoting the previous one that they closed and same happens they reply you reply they close it saying your trying to reply to a closed ticket whats the point

    They did close my ticket

    But I sent a new one with a new subject line requesting the goggles and they did send me them and it worked

    Try asking for what you need with a new subject line
