i received the e-mail i read it and deleted it before i reached the 800 settlers now i have 800 settlers but the "open window mail" is not getting green and so i cannot complete this qeust

i received the e-mail i read it and deleted it before i reached the 800 settlers now i have 800 settlers but the "open window mail" is not getting green and so i cannot complete this qeust
Go to the help tab of chat and ask for help, it may be as simple as somebody in help mailing you.
When it comes to Gene pools and shallow ends they can be found at the bar drinking pina colada's
if you click on the letter that part of the quest should go green and the whole quest should go green after you get the 800. If thats not the case id ask support for help.
Was fighting windmills from Aug 2012 to Oct 2019.
One requirement for this mission is "Open the mail window".
I have done this several times and this does not complete the mission. I have already completed the other half of the mission by raising my population to 1000.
