I seem to remember this used to happen a lot.
BB run a script on a regular basis (think its nightly) to unlock these locked zones.
I suggest you give it a break for the dy, clear cache and all the usual stuff and then relog in the morning - or sometime after 2AM. It should be cleared then....

Otherwise its a support ticket.
