Apparently, you were trying to respond to a ticket that had been closed and deemed resolved. Please create a new ticket.
If you create a new ticket and wish to continue the conversation from a previously closed ticket, please make sure to include the earlier ticket’s ID number.

I am at a loss to know why
1. there are no emails in between so where did i contact about a closed ticket ?
2. do they just close tickets and not tell you ?
3. is this game going the same way that anno online went ?
