I got a reply this morning to my ticket.
BB has passed my complaint to the developers and will get back to me. Such a useful response !

I had the same email sent to me for a problem I had when the summer event was on, I'm still waiting

We would like to thank you all for your reports. Information is being passed to the Devs in order for them to investigate the problem, but we have no ETA on a fix as yet. We shall endeavour to keep you posted as further information becomes available.

My ship forgot to dock at my island and no sub quests, and agree something odd going on with buffs, they initially look normal then the starry bit stays but they light back up as if they need buffing again. My support ticket was also a holding one of awaiting the devs to look at. Had hoped that after 24 hours it would be sorted :-(

This is most likely due to the fact we auto-completed any Weekly Challenge that was in progress. You should be able to begin another right away.

try visiting a friends island and back, seems to be just lag
