refreshing gets the GQ back for a few secs then it goes back to what u see in the screenshot.
This started after the latest hotfix. no probs before that.

reported this issue to tech support and got the usual response of it being a cache problem but it isn't. on another thread I was told that everybody has the same thing and a temporary fix is to visit another players island. advised tech support that the problem was caused by the hotfix and not caches still awaiting a response to that but I will probably get the standard response that I am replying to a closed ticket!

I have this bug also. Member list shows "Completed" but Quest book shows a tiny green line (as in previous screenshots here).

Had the same bug on sandycove but not on either of the other worlds so not a cache issue.
Hello, I have the same problem.
It showed the quest Soldiers (that I have finished a long time ago). When I press on the quest the glitter animation starts. If I just leave it there it starts this animation with some seconds of interval, maybe at the regular refresh rate?
