Noticed that too.
200 was the old unit capacity for the Arabian Palace before it got raised when weekly challenges/tokens made it into the game. Someone has been sleeping in their cubicle at BB HQ when typing up the text, or this limited offer was planned way in advance before Weeklys/Tokens got on the drawing board and they didn't go back to double check when it was time to implement it.
