"Minor" error when majority of the people who were able to buy the building have generals booked. People are losing valuable resources on every activation and attempt to use the building and on top of that it hangs transport generals in 15 minute rebuild loop and trapping the units :P

As is suggested by BB staff contacting support team when something doesnt work is the correct action. So if anyone feels its important to them do exactly that.
Probably best to save the complaint to file so you dont have to write it again every single time.

One has to wonder what takes them so long if its only a minor error. But I do get the main point. Observatory works and it's our fault that we have our generals booked.

Means that you have assigned books to them in the science/skill tree.

Good job on the observatory. All generals working OK EXCEPT ordinary quartermaster generals, fully booked.
They land then disappear and land again over and over. can get round it by retrench when landed.

Same here... but even 'retrench' doesn't work, quartermaster general is stuck in an endless loop.

Still not working for Normal GM i think. Don't load your troops on him. they get stuck. 20 min in still landing again and again and . . .

Same on return trip.
