Still not showing if working or not, have had the whirly thing work about 3 or 4 times since I bought it.

Please check your Star Menu. Since the yesterday's Game Update, the Christmas Tree works by putting a Mystery Box with gifts into your Star Menu.

Another thing clogging up the quest menu unnecessarily.
The old way may not have been perfect with the destruction icon popping when you clicked on the trees for the gift, but this is worse.
At least the old way it only bothered you once a week for a few seconds, now it adds more junk in a menu most people like to keep as clear as possible and sits there permanently telling you about countdown to what is a very very minor item.

The old way did not work - many of us did not even see what we got - and I dont think I am the only one that bombed it by mistake.

If you're sure that you should have received your gift and there is no Mystery Box in your Star Menu, please submit a ticket to the Support Team.

It worked...probably my fault on when gift was due time.

Well my count down clock from last week reached 0 an hour ago still no gift no mystery box and no new count down clock another bb bug delay. tried to use contact support form as stated on here , only trouble is every time you click on contact us it just opens a new home page so please sort out your html hyper-links and also the bugs every-time you claimed to fix one its a case of one step forward two steps backward.

yes i did , i did eventually get my gift 2hrs after timer expired and new count down clock appeared stating 6 days 22hrs to go, so seems as if there is a 2hr delay on it.
as i had logged out and cleared cashe a couple of times, and as i say appeared after 2hrs of previous countdown time ending.
