[Investigation] Long loading times

I too have had the same experiences with loading times. In the last two to three weeks the loading times are getting longer and longer. I have tried all the reccomended tips and tricks and nothing seems to help. This problem needs fixing NOW!! Enough with making new events, games, buildings, explorers and put all your tech people onto sorting out this problem. With a declining player pool, you would think this is a major priority to be worked on.

Attempted to log in as I hadn't played since the last event but it took far too long so i'm done with this game.

This game had so much potential.

Are you using one of the workarounds?

It sometimes helps to refresh the loading page if it's stuck for a few minutes (it might be necessary to refresh it several times).

9:50 still trying, and yes refresh every 10- 20 mins have applied all the work arounds tried different browsers applied work arounds to them, dont and have never had this problem with any other site, have been trying now for over 4hrs so many refreshes and multi restarts.

The file size change has made no difference for me using chrome and vivaldi. 3 of the files still download everytime the game is run:

The total transfer size is 151MB each time the game loads.
The workarounds for chrome do not seem to work, as although the cache folder changes location, the cache file limits refuse to change.

There is no file size change on Chrome only total cache size change? Thats probably why its not working.

Im afraid of sounding like a broken record at this point but one more reminder that firefox fix has that settings change.

How much free space do you have on the drive where the cache is?

Despite the increased cache size couldnt your cache still be full?
