I need a mod to help with pictures.....


1. date 2019-04-17 time 14:30 sweden time GMT +1 at 21 hours i still had also today logintime 8:30am and still at 9:30am still loading screen

8. cleared cache of it all and internet history and computer history and i tried to throw mny laptop out the window... nothing helped

9. not tried, not using other browsers. not installed other browsers.

10 no, then yes, then no again, then as i left to go to visit some one and left my home at about 16 hours, yes, when i got back i closed it and did other things on internet youtubeing

Until flash-update to version 32.0.0.171 I did not have any problems but since then I experience the login problem.
Usually login takes about 1m 30s -
Now I, after login or reload from game experience that the load-bar on startscreen dont get past halfway after more than 2 minutes.
If I then click reload again, game usually loads in 1m 30s.

Try new version of edge browser .... it works for me when chrome and firefox do nothing for more than 15 mins

Exactly where mine stops. Tried 4 different browsers and 3 different PC's
Starting to assume its either something on my island because I've been playing too long.
Or because I'm connecting from South Africa and they stole some cables somewhere along the way lol
But for the most part it does not seem to be a common issue. Not enough for it to get resolved faster.

This is total BS, 20 minutes stuck and refreshed many time no solution:

1. Date and time - when exactly did the problem occur and how long did it take to load the game? Today 20/4/2019 10:30 PM (and 48 seconds)
2. Browser + Browser version number (Please always post the complete version number, not just "current") Google Chrome Version 73.0.3683.103 (Official Build) (64-bit)
3. Flash version number (Please always post the complete version number, not just "current") 32.0.0.171
4. Operating System Windows 10 Pro 64bit / And same with the enterprise version
5. Which internet provider (Telekom, Vodafone, 1 & 1, etc.) do you use? DamaMax fiber connection 150Mbps, and Zain 4G 30Mbps
6. What type of Internet connection (cable, DSL, VDSL, leased line, fiber, UMTS, LTE, etc.) do you use? Fiber, and LTE
7. What's the download/upload speed of that connection? 150Mpbs/30Mbps
8. Is clearing the Flash Player Cache of any help? NO! FFS do your work instead of blame users for your stupid code.
9. Does the problem also occur with other browsers? Game stuck on the loading screen for a very long time, and when login the game freezes a lot, UNPLAYABLE
10. Was the game's tab the only tab that was opened in the browser? Yes


I don't beileve BB will work in fix, they just scam users for thier peice of "Mr Hankey"

I had the long loading, up to 15 mins, not long b4 Easter event it stopped & went back to 2 mins load up, did nothing different, I never bother clearing cache or anything. sounds like its seriously annoying for u guys. 1 problem BB may never solve.

I have had some success with people using this workaround:

1)open facebook in one tab and open the game in another
if that does not help
2) close the facebook tab and reload the game

if either of these 2 options work, please post here and let us know

Tried that and does not help, the only solution for now, and with no kidding, I just opened the game loading, opened other game "Rainbow Six" played for 60 minutes or less, alt + tab game still loading, so I alt + tab after and played more rounds on Rainbow Six, after about 70 minutes, alt+ tab and yay game loaded with that scam message about sad hours event for BB to steal your money .....


Yes, game loaded after 70 minutes, just don't refresh, just open the game and keep waiting that progress bar to keep going or just open something else to play until that bar and game fully loaded.


Believe or not, we do this method which was in 1940's in 2019, game deployed in potato servers
