This section is primarily for the purpose of discussing the bugs & sharing solutions if any exist.
The Support Team should be contacted by the person who is experiencing the bug. This way, the Support Team can easily provide possible solutions, which that person can quickly test and report the results. Furthermore, if any additional details or screenshots are required, the Support Team can ask for them and receive them quickly.
It is simply more efficient this way.
