Lagoons are tranquil. They are made of water. People are made of water, too.
But people are not lagoons, even if you sometimes find people in lagoons.
Personally I liked the event. Drop rate of buildings could have been slightly higher. Some of my guildies ended up with no building even though they did quite many BK. Such players likely do not end with an "event" feeling.
Overall I'd say make a quest aswel next time that gives you a building after having done X amount of BK. A few more side things to complement this event would be a good thing aswel.

On the flipside though, whatever I had said yesterday there is always that one person to call it fake news so I was not about to spend much effort into convincing them one way or the other. Was a handy way for BB to get people to use up gems buying black boxes in the hope of WT and BC's, though from chats it seems the significant amount of what came from them was BK advs and buffs.
