Easter Eent Quest bug

As far as I remember - at least last easter. We was able to do some of the chains more than once, as the preparations quest stayed to the end of event. Cant remember if it was the same on all events. I have no clue if it was to work that way. if it was not- that could explain some of the mess, if some counter can see that we did the quest chain a number of times.
If we are supposed to be able to do some of the quest chains more than once for as long as the event last, we are cheated of that this year. I have finaly been able to complete all - so got my ach- but the preparations quest is gone- so guess I will not get more this year.
Please BB- find out how this works and fix it. Next year if you are to reuse stuff- make sure it works before starting the event.
And please - try to learn support to reply in a more diplomatic manner, so that we don't feel like taking part in Asterix and the seven trials.

With it being a bonus chain I don't see it as being likely that BB will see a need to fix it, given the extension some may even be due a 6th chain, again bugged for some, the odds of BB fixing that are astronomical.

As the timer is a new thing BB either need to get it fixed and working before the next event or just throw the idea of the timer in the bin.

I dont have the timer quest and i do have a quest waiting for days now. Fix it already!
Currently its impossible to finish 4th easter quest line.

Dont think we was meant to get a 5th. Some says it was a bug that we got it last year. I think the biggest problem is that it seems that the questlines are still bugged for some players and all have not been able to complete the 4 quests.
Another problem is the total lack of info and communication about what is going on with the quests from BB.
If the plan was that we should be able to have a 5th if we have been on-line within the first 24 hours - then I think very few have a 5th. I was on-line within 24 hours. My quest-chains have been bugged 2 times,- but now I have been able to complete all. I don't have a 5th chain.

Missing my Lost Eggs quest. The other 3 have been completed for several days, no waiting quest, no timer quest, nothing... Support has advised that it is a known issue and the devs are working on a resolution. Although I am still able to get my storehouse to level 6 regardless, it would be rather disappointing if the event ends without a chance to complete the final quest.

I don´t get why you think it is the players fault that BB cant fix their own game, and for some reason does not want to share, what is being done and when and what the problem is. The problem is not who is whining and why, but that BB does not seem to have a clue what they are doing, and make more problems for every problem they fix.

I have completed the four quests and all the achievements and have no timer, as seems to be the case with many others.

As in previous years we have been able to do repeat quests it would really help if we could get a statement from BB as to whether or not this is how it's meant to work.

It is difficult enough managing "real problems" without the added hassle of managing problems that only exist because of bad communications.
