No 2nd quest chain and no waiting quest.
None for me either. I played last years event (2018) without any issues. This year I can't do the 2nd quest line either. I submitted a email request to support on the issue. I guess we will wait to see what they have to say. A bunch of members in my Guild never got the countdown either and are missing the "Lost Eggs", "The Easter Bunny's Assistant" and "The Egg Competition". Only quest anyone was able to finish was "Bring Back Memory".

seems its screwed up the gift tree as well. the counter on that has been saying 1hr for the last 8 hrs.
several players in my guild r now reporting the gift tree timer has stopped counting down after i mentioned mine not working in guild chat.
So its not just the event quest chains not working but other bits of the game as well.
played all events since 2012 no 2nd quest set here
not received second quest here yet
