slim browser issues.

i have downloaded the slim browser on to my lap top and table top PC both on Win 10, while the Laptop runs it great the PC tells me i need to download chrome and /or flash, which are already installed and been updated a few days ago, obviously there is a setting problem with my PC, not the browser itself. any ideas what i need to change the browser does not give me an option to change which flash to use

compare the two install folders
there should be a file called pepflashplayer.dll in a plugins folder
on anno-online there was also an executable in that folder that switched between flash versions

no differences that i can see neither has the file mentioned
