I enjoy these events. since xmas and now with the soccer, they help with progress in the game. Makes trading better too.
I do fine the price (gems) for items a little high but other than that, its good.
Miss the mini missions buff to late in the event. maybe more explanation on them for us who are still new to this game.
In any case, great work and keep it up.
    Cheers!

I got this earlier for Giant Battle, fully skilled gens, scouting post, prem and friend prem stacked up. Full map of course as this is now or never to do full maps :

Between the mandatory daily YWC, complete EQ and MCC chains (both on full maps) and the odd high-end AB, I've already made in excess of 100m xp!

Somehow I wish the event would last a bit longer and too bad for the footies...

very good job on a perfect runing system during the event *goingintoaforesttoknockonwood*
2nd - i couldn't buy most of the stuff even thou i spent 4k gems to get 5k soccerballs >> ajustment on dropingrate is something to think about bigger addies much more event resources i ran about 40 ywc and cam only up with 1-3k balls
3rd - more eventresources form explorers would be very nice and they should all bring back balls after the switch from active to phase 1

Just my 2 cents for what it's worth,

    1. The extra XP from all adventures was definitely appreciated. At least we didn't have to be limited to a specific set of adventures.
    2. I noticed that returns from Explorers this time around seemed light compared to previous events.
    3. I was able to buy most of the things I wanted in the shop for footballs, but the only way I could do that is by buying football packs for gems. So again, returns seemed light on some adventures.
    4. The extra presents from BB was definitely appreciated also.

Overall the event was decent and I can't complain too much. Just wish the returns were a little bit more than they were. I am sure it was tougher for lower level players to get enough footballs.

    Anyway, thanks guys.

The event was an amazing event for gaining xp. I was a new level 74 player when event started with about 10 mil xp on the level and hardly a sliver of the green bar showing. 2 days before the endo of the event I reached level 75. That was a whopping 210 Mil xp in 3 weeks. I surprised myself and my guild mates by doing so.

I bought about 5 of the large football packs and already had about 26 explorers all doing their thing. I was still not able to buy some of the new residence buildings, but in fairness got everything I really wanted.

I did feel sorry for the lower levels in my guild. Some of them tried really hard and gained 4-5 levels through continuous play, but they still only managed to get a few explorers or geologists. On previous events I used to get enough event resources that I could help another 3-4 people get important generals or explorers at least. This time, I was only able to assist 2 other players with a top up to get the explorer they wanted. As you can imagine after getting so much xp myself, I put in a lot of hours each day and most people would not be fortunate enough or willing to power play through advs as I did.

I enjoyed myself very much. For me, the gathering of balls was a nicety to cherry pick what you wanted most, but the enhanced xp and resources was fantastic.

    Thank you BB.

Same for me. I was level 73 when the event started (needed about 20 millions xp to reach 74 I think) and before the event ended I reached level 75.
I bought everything I wanted this event, but for the first time since I play, I had to spend the coins I had in star, my savings for years, lol. No idea how much I spent, probably around 9 million coins. Millions! lol
Was a full time job ) but overall it was the best event for me. I was thinking I'll need one more year to reach level 75.

    FOOTBALL NOT SOCCER

    why call it soccer ?????
Football is a game that you play using your FOOT kicking a BALL : FOOTBALL

the American version should be called SOCCER!!! or better HANDEGG

    Please dont call Fottball Soccer

Ah and I forgot to say, the Archeologic Geologists are really good at finding bonus items. For anyone dithering or on the fence about getting them, mine have so far brought back 2 codex, 2 tomes, 2 manuscripts, 6 snows, flaming arrows, fever buffs and lots of high level refills for mines like salt, titanium and granite. They do not find anywhere near as much as other specialist geologists, but it means the 2 are kept busy, for me constantly out finding granite. All my salt and titanium mines have improved mines on, so he can't search for them and they are sometimes allowed to get gold and coal, but only if I have no granite to find at the time.

Buy them if you can, The extra "free" bonus loot is good enough to justify it for me at least.

Very good event, got everything from the shop plus an extra 60 storage towers,360k star coins on top,so all good..quite smooth for an event and the hotfix for the loading issues helped many people who had problems getting into the game so all in all well done BB.

    A good event but disheartening.

Extra XP from all adventures was definitely a great thing. Really happy we didn't have to be limited to a specific set of adventures.
My main way of getting soccer balls is from Explorers, the pathetic amount they returned with was a nasty shock.
I needed to use 2x 1day premium buffs to get the new items (10k house not included, what a joke).
Pushing players to get item packs is getting more and more annoying since this is the third event BB has done this.

The extra presents from BB did help in the end.
