Snack Stand not working properly?

I have 4 snack stands providing a 400% speed increase.
When I open the stand and choose the Red Flying Settler it displays 1 hour and 23 minutes for completion.
When I click on it and it transfers into the cue it shows a completion time of over 3 hours.
Something aint right.
Anybody else having issues....which time is correct and why the difference.
Is this another defective(observatory) premium buillding?
Someone please splain this to me.

i will guess you have the premium friend buff running if you do the buff doesnt work correctly, it shows a reduced time on several buildings including the snack stand stronghold smokehouse and the lab and prob a few others too but its not meant to work on any of them hence why you get the correct time when you hover over in the build queue its yet another example of BB not testing stuff correctly why they have a test server is beyond me
