Something fishy going on here. Many of the poster names are kinda related to each other in pairs (theme, context, etc.), with similar join dates and all on the same server...
Yapp. And the fact that ”iloveoov” and ”stork_samsung” are nicknames directly taken from two very famous Starcraft professional players is very telling to me... seems like a extremely unlike coincidence that two differeny players, got their nicknames from the very same ”source”, plays on the same server on TSO just happen to be banned at the same time.
I know my Starcraft - played the franchise for 20 years now.

I re-edited the 1st layer and hope to get an understanding.
Those certainly would explain why bans would happen automatically/manually, especially due 2. and 3.
However only way to attempt to resolve it is to contact the support by using email: ingame.support@thesettlersonline.com or the contact form: https://www.thesettlersonline.com/en/help-and-support
Everyone should do it by using their own login or email. BTW support is sometimes super slow and can take days to get a reply.
