Cant buy the Delicious pack from event merchant

As the title says cant buy it shows as 0 as a guildie says prob cause BB used a prevous template from a pack i have already brought can it be fixed i want the pack please

I've bought all those packages off events so far and it says 1x available for me.

I think the trigger is the candid exp you get one in this pack but you was also able to buy a extra one from the merchant anyway i had already bought it so couldnt buy the treat package my wife hadnt so she could buy the delisious treat and once she did her limit on candid in the merchant went to 0 stopping her buying one..so to me any seems if you already have the max 3 candids you cant buy the package

The candid explorer is a christmas explorer and we got 1 in 2017 and 1 in 2018 at some point recently they added a 3rd to the shop you could buy making the total 3.... anyone who has bought the 3rd can now not buy the Delicious treat pack as it would take your limit to 4 and they havent adjusted the allowed limit

Lol. don't know why u guys bought that 15k gem package, ty BB, I dodged a bullet there as there was a wondrous which u got free from calendar & a medic that u got from 2nd comm goal making that 15k package well overpriced, small package was good enough for me, 8k package here for a candid that cost 5k anyway? ty BB, almost makes up for the chancers that got that extra scout last event.
