game reports missing resources, even they are available

Hi,
I tried to build a gold mine, cost 640 hard wood, I had something over 700 so I placed it and game reported missing hardwood
I tried to build a well, move it forward, so some recalculation happen, settlers even brings more hwood ... nothing
I tried logoff and login again ... still same

a gold mine costs 1400 hardwood planks, so you are correctly missing 652 planks (748+652 = 1400)
