The real answer imo is that nothing will be done, as they want you to lose the "easy" sc gain at 75, forcing you get your all the goodies with gems instead.

No solution to the ghost lantern boat quest not giving the reward.
No solution to the guild shop watermill being locked
No solution to the prestigious friend buff messing explorers up so that we have to log off for 20mins when it is activated.
Could go on but hey ho, yet more new stuff added to mess with the code.
Here's an idea for a brand new event. Feel free to replace xmas event with this one.
Bug-a-tron event: game will be offline for a whole month so that they can fix all the bugs, the new ones, the old ones, and the ones that have yet to come, but we're sure they'll be here!
Once the month-long sabbatical is over, every player is rewarded with 2 premium friend buffs as a testament to their patience and loyalty.
The compensation sent twice and some players receiving it only once - we are aware about this and we are investigating this to balance it appropriately fair for all players.
Also, we're still currently investigating the locked Watermill in the Guild Market Vote. While the cause of the issue is still being worked on, and a solution likely won't be implemented before the next round begins, we plan on making the Watermill purchasable for Guild Coins in a future update.

Thanks Mannerheim, so just another `token' system for production buildings, meh. Was hoping my idea of donkey cart racing was finally being developed, was planning a Fast back GT model called the G TSO, running the donkey on high performance carrot juice. Guess my settlers will just have to keep walking
