    Private general school

I think this building might be good for the players and BB.
It is a school where we can sent our less useful generals like the 5 normal generals (private so 1 at a time) to study and become a specialist like Vargus, Nus, ...

We should not get it that easy, give us a nice questline, we need to do for that general (specialisation)
for example, getting lots of resources, buffing a friend an amount of times, finishing the weekly quest 10 times in a row, finishing some adventure in less then an amount of time without using some troops, finishing 3 young woodcuters in less then 2h, playing all adventures we can buy in shop for map parts, having an amount of level 7 buildings, appointing each general to a level 12 wonderous residence to get a specialty, gifting an amount of stuff to other players, a crazy amount of production speed for specifiek resources, getting more than 6 milion xp from 1 adventure, using 10 premium days in a row, giving 3 premium friend buffs within a certain period, have a storge above 1.5 mill, spent 1.5 million on trade office en a certain period, having a population over 36k, ...

    pro's for players:

    - a use for the forgoten and rarily used generals
    - a new questline for each general (1 at the time, private general school)
    - a new goal for the players (very inportant to have goals and not just leveling up)

    pro's for BB

    - player will have more goals and will likely play more, stay langer, have more fun
    - players are going to want to change their normal generals into the specialists they want, but don't give it to us for free.
Make the questline so we need to use or have specific buildings/buffs/decoration (observatory/wonderous residence/flaming arrows/a specific decoration) this way you can let the building you want us to buy be more popular (chocolatier/observatory/wonderous residence/ the same can be said for the buffs, make questline so that we have a challenge to complete it and that we need to use buffs/special buildings to have a chance of completing it. This way a lot of players are more likily going to spend more gems.

The option to have more useful generals is great, and the challenge to get them is part of the fun, give us a decent challenge en let us think for our selves what the best way to complete the quest is. The questline may be pretty long for example from 1 to 100 and every 10th quest is an extremely hard quest.

Hope you think about it or you can discus it with me in detail, if you want.
