This bug in the ticketing system has been going on for at least 2 years now.
The system is sending out the standard auto-response then closing the ticket even before support have answered it. By the time you get the response, you cannot reply to it because it's already closed, and you end up with ridiculous chains of new tickets each referring back to the original, as each subsequent ticket also auto-closes.
It's made the entire ticketing system useless and no sign that BB are even addressing it, and the irony is that if you do try to raise a ticket to highlight the issue, the bug auto-closes that so it is effectively blocking us from reporting it.
