    The "missing" Gemini general

OK, we now have both the Older Gemini and Younger Gemini, each with his own unique skills.
This leaves an obvious gap, so how about the "Middle-aged Gemini"?
He's traded in his horse and bought a nifty open-top sports car, and travels rapidly to the adventure (unless it's raining, when he doesn't let it out of the garage).
Once on the map, he zips from garrison to garrison, but risks ending up on his roof in a ditch where it takes the AA 5 hours to "recover" him while his troops get sent home in the back of a pickup truck.

Or topically, the Demonic Cummings general.
When you send him home, he appears at random places all over your island.

obviously it has to be the Wassat general, upon attacking he utters his battle cry of "Wassat" and points right. This distraction causes enemy troops to glance to one side thinking a second wave is coming. As a result Defensive troops lose 5% of their hit points due to losing focus on the battle.

Astronomy buffs will get the reference.
When it comes to Gene pools and shallow ends they can be found at the bar drinking pina colada's
