    Gems purchase

    Hello,

    I have bouth 2 times gems - one for 1700 and second 600 today. The problem is that I didnt receive anything. Could you please advise me why?

    if you havent had them in a couple hours from when you bought them you need to send a in a ticket with the receipts you would of had email so they can check you bought them its also worth checking with the company you used to pay them that payment has been taken

    Hello!

    One of hungarian players has the same problem. She has bought gems for money 1 month ago. She sent the money, but gems didn't appear at her.
    I helped to write a letter to support in english, but support didn't answer her. No answer, no gems, no money.
    Support didn't answer my letter too in another issue.

    Please check the team!

    same here, sent pm to bb traffler.

    18 hours, still no gems, lost out on pumpkins from sending out the explorers i was going to buy, this is really un productive

    hi, i recently bought gems and nothing has shown in my account, i got receipts to say completed but noything, this has happened to twice now and becoming frustrating, please help
