    legacy login

    I want to know if others have had the same problem and what to do about it. I log in through legacy, I understand that we will need to be logging in through the uplay system. But when I tried it would not take me to my game, only to a new game level 1. It has taken me nearly 4 yrs to get to level 63 I dont want to be starting over. What do I do to sort this please, I want to be able to play the game after christmas!

    And then walk in those troubles ?
    It takes two weeks to delete that wrong account.

    that's an old switch guide. they'll have a newer one soon

    There is a very good reason to stress - BB support does nothing to help it takes 2 weeks to delete the level 1 account and try again. You need to go here https://prnt.sc/vxh5c8. and delete the level 1 account - then wait 2 weeks - don't puss the create new button that is tempting you,- look at bit closer on the page and you will find another button, can remember exactly where it was, but it was there, sorry I did not make a screenshot.
    If for some reason support feels the need to edit what I wrote, please delete entire post instead, dont put words into my mouth that I never said.

    BE WARNED BEFORE TRY TO MOVE AN ACCOUNT ON A SECOND WORLD

    The issue seems to be when a player has accounts on several worlds on same server, so for us .com, for USA .net etc. I managed to move my main account here on Northisle to Ubisoft login with no problems at all and my Zeus account on US servers with no problems too. BUT if now try to move my Newfoundland or Sandycove account to Ubisoft login the game tries to make me level 1 again and no obvious way to avoid it.

    So now cannot login to my lvl 50+ Newfoundland account as Legacy option is dead and if complete the Ubisoft login I become Level 1

    Solution please BB?

    Or are we to assume that BB/Ubisoft do not want us playing on more than one world on a given server?

    i had exactly the same problem, would only connect me to a new account, lvl1. In the end i created another email address and password specific to the uplay account, so i kept my old email address and password for all my other applications.

    Being a bit forgetful these days though,i did note down the new email address,password and uplay user name

    May have solved this. When you get to the Ubisoft registration page don ot add emails etc instead simply click the login top right:

    Watch this space as having to delete the level 1 account on Newfoundland before I can try again on the proper account there. In the meantime since the login for your original account hasn't changed you can still get in via legacy.....

    i play on a legacy account
    I went to my profile as suggested to change to a Ubisoft account but it will not accept my Username, just keeps saying it is wrong.
