What's the new ticket? What should I do?

    Good morning. Everyone.
    I. My account was blocked last week.
    I don't know why.

The problem started when I requested to cancel the payment on October 28,
Eventually, the payment was not canceled.
I refused the payment through the credit card company, and it seems that the account was blocked after a month.

To explain, the content is huge.

It was a very simple problem, but they weren't willing to solve it, and it's the same now.

I have constantly tried to solve the problem, but their answer is the same.
The problem has already been solved. Get a new ticket...

.On October 28th, he misunderstood the amount and paid gems
.Recognizes the error after payment and immediately requests cancellation
.Xsolla replied to get a refund from UBsoft.
.It has nothing to do with Ubsoft. It is said that it is a refund in xsolla.
.I contacted Xsolla again, but this time asked to contact the settler site.
.But I was inquiring from the settlers site from the beginning.
    ...................Eventually not solved.
.I asked for help from the credit card company through e-mail data, and the credit card company stopped it now.
.After a month, my account was blocked.
.And I inquired to solve this problem, but the answer is as follows.

The same answers have been coming for over a week.
How can I solve this problem?
They don't try to solve this problem at all.
They are not humans, they are like robots.

    What should I do?

I made a request to cancel in order to purchase another item.
Is this such a complicated problem?
I don't really understand their problem solving method.

If you used a chargeback then you have probably been auto banned as chargebacks are usually done only when cards have been stolen or user has had fraudulent intentions.

It can take a long time now to get it resolved as there are multiple payment processors included that need to pass info.

It is illegal to refuse a refund.

Based on what? Ubisoft page says "Purchases for consumables, DLC, codes redeemed on other platforms, or in-game purchases are final and not eligible for refunds." and that's what TSO Gems are.

And the credit card company doesn't stop payment just because I want it.
They checked all the mail I sent and received, and they referenced it and took action.

Don't be mistaken for the game company's rules are above the law.
The online consumer law is on top of game company regulations.

This is an EU server plus BB and Ubisoft are EU based so those laws are followed. AFAIK refunds for digital game currency are not refundable in general.

    Vague examples https://europa.eu/youreurope/citizen...s/index_en.htm
