    Where should I go for help?

    I posted it a while ago.
    It seems that I couldn't post the correct information because I'm not good at English.

    My account is blocked.

    In the case of the last payment cancellation matter, the Xsolla rules stated that unused gems are refundable, but they didn't refund, and it kept boiling time. For more than a month.

    So I applied for suspension of payment through the credit card company, and I got permission to stop payment.

    I didn't use gems, and I had to pay extra because I had to use gems..(Because gems paid before must be refunded)

    One month later, my account was blocked without warning.
    I'm not getting any answers.

    No matter what inquiries I ask, only the same answers are coming.

    When they contact Xsolla, they say they only respond to payment-related information, and are delaying inquiries to Settler Online.

    (It was the same when canceling the first payment)


    In summary, I didn't use the jewels that were paid for by mistake, and the jewels that I purchased additionally were blocked with only a small portion of them.
