Starting the new client

just wondering, why can't we start the new client app directly from desktop like the old one?

PS. Any ideas, if this will ever be available for mobile devices (i.e. tablets/smartphones) because I'm not sitting behind an actual PC screen 24/7

Is it going to be possible to play TSO Unity version on Linux/Mac/Chromebook/Mobile Devices?
Chrome, Firefox and Safari (and other browsers) support the Unity Player.
On Linux, you may have to install a browser plugin for the Unity Player.
It might be possible to play on mobile devices, but this is not supported.

i do play the game on my phone but using chrome remote desktop to my PC
