I found it in the list of failed requests using my network sniffer,
the file name when it is downloading is "00dedec37eed***4dcafba7bb0960159350f6d89.swf"

i changed 3 chars to star ( * ) in the middle incase it is unique filename to my account , and as you said is a different size to the file that BB suggest we download if it fails.

I have a feeling that they ''forgot'' to update the file in the link they provide

They have now updated the file , so the file and instructions they linked should now work

We have adapted, updated and corrected the additional file (SWF) in our instructions.
The guide now contains the new file and therefore a fix to the error "Your client could not be updated".
To play with the latest game version, you will need to download this SWF-file and add it to the noted folders.

    1.Instructions (with the updated file).

2.Direct link to the new file.

I would like to apologise for this issue and thank everyone for their efforts to get everyone back in the game.

Would be good to note I had to delete an existing client.swf file in the Client Folder and then rename the downloaded file above: 00dedec37eed***4dcafba7bb0960159350f6d89.swf to Client.swf

I didn't read that part on other posts so initially the game still wouldn't load.

    Working now

For me, the instructions are "chinese". Is there not a simple and easy way to play again ?
